Trucking Diploma
1-Year Diploma Program - 35 Credits
For Diesel Technology students that wish to focus on the trucking industry, STC's 1-year Trucking diploma program may be a good fit. The diploma can be combined with a second diploma in Heavy Equipment and general education courses to obtain an associate degree.
Students in the Trucking track will focus on over-the-road engine systems, body controls, chassis systems, electronic controls and preventative maintenance. Each program course has a hands-on lab component where students practice their skill with mock-ups and live work in Southeast Tech's true-to-life diesel laboratories located in the Ed Wood Center and The HUB.
